Move, release, breathe, and sip—a guided experience to reset your nervous system.
Hike & Heal is a 90-minute mountaintop experience in Los Angeles designed to support nervous system reset, emotional release, and deep presence. Together, we’ll hike to a scenic summit, release stress through breathwork and a guided scream, and finish with a calming meditation with herbal tea to fully restore your mind and body.
